Before your appointment,
follow these steps
It's Important to apply to both ears at least 3 days prior to ear wax removal or speak to a professional if your are unsure.
1.
Prepare your olive oil and find a comfortable place to sit.
2.
Warm your olive oil by gently rolling the bottle between your hands
3.
Lie on your side, apply two olive oil sprays into your ear and wait 5-10 minutes.
IMPORTANT - It's essential to avoid using cotton swabs or other objects to try to remove ear wax, as they can push the wax further into the ear canal and potentially damage the eardrum. If you're experiencing symptoms of excessive ear wax, it's best to consult a professional for guidance on the most appropriate treatment for your ear or hearing issues.

I would like to give many thanks to the audiologist at Silverdale Pharmacy.
He was incredibly polite, very gentle and put me at ease before and during my visit for micro suction. He quickly identified I had a large perforation in my ear drum and recommended I talk to the GP immediately to get referred to the ENT hospital department. After seeing the GP (who told me to come back in 2 months), the audiologist was very concerned and suggested I see them again, but a different GP - which I did - and they agreed with him that it was necessary for me to see the ENT team as I need specialist help. Without his expert knowledge and guidance, I would've been lost as had no idea what, if anything, had happened!
He also looked at my hearing aids and noted I needed new pipes which I
also wasn't aware of.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the audiologist to anyone else (and have already done so!)

Clears Healthcare was recommended to me by an Gp surgery. Both my ears were filled with hardened brown ear wax that had been there for months! The audiologist removed the wax from both my ears in about 20 minutes using micro-suction suction technology. He showed me before and after videos and the difference was clear to see. He pointed out the features he could now see on my clear eardrums, and again they were clear to see. He also showed me the actual wax that he had removed.
The process was painless. he took his time and was extremely sensitive. He is a fully qualified audiologist which is extremely important to me from a safety point of view. He was friendly and communicated well with me regarding the appointment that took place at my home. The treatment was excellent value for money.
I value my hearing. I am extremely grateful for the friendly, professional and effective removal of my ear wax.
